✤TERM OF SERVICE ✤
Please credit to GZara. The commissioner has ownership of the artwork but the artist still retain certain rights as artist credits. Under no circumstances you can claim to be the creator of the design. I reserve the copyright of my works and the right to publish the design in my portfolio.
If you're posting my art or designs in public, please WATERMARK IT or use the watermarked version I provided (if any).
Do not use my works and design for NFT or AI learning.
Please DO NOT EDIT any artist's work without their permission. Even though it's for personal use, it cannot be edited. If you're commissioning me and you don't like my showcase, you can use the .png file to edit the showcase/BG. And please credit GZara when you upload it publicly.
Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD). Split payment can be discussed with big projects. The work will begin after the full payment is received.
I will provide screenshots of WIPs. I will send you a sketch> details sketch> colored sketch and please let me know the details you want to add/remove regarding the design. You can go through this process twice. After approval of the design, I will send another WIP for final check, which is [color sketch] and will be the final chance for any editing. Future significant changes will be charged $50 per change, so please be sure to confirm everything on the sketch. No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.
50% - 100% rush fee to start the project immediately and meet a near deadline, price depends on length of time. PRIVACY FEE + 25%: I will not post wips on twitter, stream or share your commission anywhere until I am allowed.
Expected turnaround time is 4 weeks after the invoice has been paid and up to 3 months depending on my workload and the type of commission. The delivery time highly depends on how many commissions I have in my queue.
If a commissioner repeatedly commissions me / wish to add to wait list but in the end always canceling the order, I will consider you a time-waster and blacklist you.
Cancelling the commission and asking for a refund is possible only if I haven't started working on it. In this case, the client must cover any potential refund processing fees. Commissions are NOT refundable once I have started working on them. Full refunds are allowed if we take more than 5 months without progress.
COMMERCIAL USE
Tier I - 100% of the price: If you wish to use it on use on streaming/monetization platforms, social media platforms tied to your business, in videos, or other promotional materials - the art does not earn you money itself but is used as part of product/brand: stream website overlays, thumbnails, stream schedule advertisement (or similar) Vtuber, PNGtuber assets...
Tier II - 300% of the price: When the artwork brings you any kind of profit, but the art is not the main selling point. You are allowed to use it without my watermark, but you are obliged to credit me as the artist in a fit place: CD/book/music video cover art, book illustration, game/other media type art...
Tier III - 500% of the price: Special commercial use, when you are going to sell merchandise of any shape or form using my artwork. You are not obliged to use my watermark on the artwork and do not have to credit me on the product: any sort of merchandise (stickers, keychains, prints...)
For my Vtuber child: L2D Art Commission by me already include the Commercial use of [ I ] and [ II ] But you can use the model printing for Personal use! And please still keep credit me as your art Mama! Thank you!
